True. When you realize you're going crazy and ought not to be, that's frustrating and a little scary. Or later, once you realize just how crazy you were, that's scary too. The inbetween time of actually being off your rocker is weird, but manageable. Fun, some days. Freaky others. All in all, you just keep drinking coffee and hoping for the best.
