Is there a reason the Avatar size is at 65x65?  I assume that is the software default.

I'm not sure if that above only applies to the newer SMF 2.0. forum.

I can change this if we want. What size is reasonable?

100x100 is not uncommon. Some forums use larger avatars too.

Well if you look at the text "Older than the big bang" it's about twice the width of the current avatar so it's about 130px so we could go to 130sq?

120 -

100 -

65 -

I suppose 100 is reasonable though 120 would would mean bigger hats.

My sig is 150 high.

130 would provide lots of hat room.  Cheesy

That's been sized up from a 100px so not ideal.

Some images Google thinks look like Asmo

The current one is the original 128 squares image. Pudding, would you mind doing your magic on the eyes, so they look the right way?  Grin

EDIT: Apparently, The Asmo is visually similar to, among others, a gun and this nifty little... Eh... Whatever it is:

Come to think of it, don't my and Tank's avatars math very nicely?

I think we should have a rule: An avatar needs to either to be gray, grumpy, both, wear a hat or have an epic beard  Grin

Actually, I think it's the shadow.
