Quick Reply Box

So I've noticed on other forums, when you scroll down to the end of the Topic page, there is usually a textbox right after the last post that allows you to post a "quick reply", rather than having to click the "post reply" button, wait for that page to load, and then having to type your input from there, clicking submit, waiting for the confirmation page to load, and then finally being re-directed back to the topic page.

I like it because it makes posting a lot faster. Only drawback is that most quick-reply boxes I've seen are only simple text boxes (i.e. not rich-text or bbcode like the ones we use on the post-reply page), and therefore do not allow you to quote previous posts/embed pics & vids/etc. But for typing a general reply or an initial response to the OP's comment, the quick-reply box is great.

Just a suggestion. I don't think it would be too hard to implement.

finally...a suggestion that only took the click of a button to implement  I had it set to yes but hadn't told it to apply to all forums.

See below...there is a button that says "quick reply" and if you click on it the write in box drops down.
