« on: April 20, 2018, 05:25:19 PM »
After the  Parkland shooting  Emma Gonzalez and other kids became major figures. It seems that another young lady, and a supporter of the Parkland students and their aims, has made the Time Life 100 Most Influential People list. 14 year old outspoken actress Millie Bobby Brown is up there with the pope, Kim Jung Un  and 97 other, good and bad, people.

Now, just so long as the grown ups don't fuck the whole world up and these youngsters don't get too corrupted by politics . . .

Seems it has a record number of women and people under 40 this year.

She was exceptional in 'Stranger Things' which started shooting when she was 12.
If religions were TV channels atheism is turning the TV off.
“Religion is a culture of faith; science is a culture of doubt.” ― Richard P. Feynman
'It is said that your life flashes before your eyes just before you die. That is true, it's called Life.' - Terry Pratchett
Remember, your inability to grasp science is not a valid argument against it.
