Technically but it has been processed to form a bar so the only ingredients it contains are cocoa solid and cocoa butter, it's really nice if you just let it melt in your mouth but it's revolting if you chew it. Its the best stuff if you are using it for cooking or making your own hot chocolate. |

But I also tend to like bitter things (black coffee, stout beers, etc.) |
