I'd suggest using Notepad to create a txt file for your desktop with the URL of that, and other smileys you like so that you can use them whenever you like.

I do that sort of thing for images, not for smilies so far.
I wouldn't put a shortcut on my desktop though, that's uncouth.

Anyway bedazzle us with smilies.
An atheist fish would be good.
No dancing bananas though.
