I don't see how the first one will land in the middle of trafic. I mean, people can't see up in most cars.

There are obviously situations where any kind of ambulance may have access problems. But even if a drone type cannot land very vlose it might get a paramedic closer than a road vehicle could. Well designed for the purpose it could be safer in built-up areas than a conventional helicopter. Four ducted fans are less vunerable than one large rotor.
