How are they going to keep Hank relevant in the series? What's with the crystals?

What was Skylar looking for? Did she find it?

Why were Jesse and Walt wearing the same shirt at the end? Did that scene in the diner remind anyone vaguely of the scene with Travolta and Samuel L in Pulp Fiction?
