Do you have any favorite podcasts? Here are the ones I listen to with regularity:

The Bible Geek with Robert M. Price
Price is not only a great Biblical textual critic but also a huge fan of H.P. Lovecraft and comic books.

Older http://recordings.talkshoe.com/rss60712.xml
Chalcedon (mostly R.J. Rushdoony)
This guy is Calvinist, free market conservative and anti-statist theocrat. He apparently thinks pre-marital sex should be punished by a stoning-to-death.

Faith and Philosophy with Clark Carlton
on Ancient Faith Radio, an Orthodox Christian internet media website.

Hardcore History with Dan Carlin

Libertarian Christians Podcast with Norman Horn
I especially like the episodes from the Christianity and War book by Laurence M. Vance.

I use to run about 5 miles most days of the week and due to getting a severe case of bronchitis I had to stop exercising completely for over 3 months and lost all my lung capacity in the process.  That was over 5 years ago and I've recently decided that it's been far too long to be using a relatively short term illness as an excuse; so I'm starting up running again.  I wish I had known that I was running well over a 5k back then...for some reason I always thought it was much longer than 3.1 miles; I think participating in races would have helped me want to get back on track a lot sooner.

Anyway...the Get Fit Pod cast I listed has quite a few exercise coaching episodes that are pretty good.  I listen to the others mainly to force me to have to keep thinking about it so my motivation doesn't die.
