I do actually like lots of rice dishes, the local Chinese does a house special fried that is a meal in itself! Peas, mushroom, bean sprouts, egg, prawns, chicken, pork and a spicy sauce. Bit like a Chinese paella.

I cannot stand rice pudding though, too bland.

I like Mexican rice with spicy stuff in it.

My GF and I also make a rice thing where we put in rice, cream of something soup (mushroom, chicken, something with cheese in it), some veggies, and then chicken on top (with some more seasonings on it) and bake it. We like that rice dish.

But I also some times just eat plain rice next to chicken because I like rice by itself.
