No, just the idea scares me.
It is a little intimidating thinking about it. But you really don't need to worry. Once you're going you just follow the traffic flow. Even if you drive stick I would suggest an automatic as it makes life so much easier as the shift is in the wrong place. I've driven in the USA and on the continent and it's nothing like as bad as you think it will be. Don't let it put you off.
