I'm a socialist. You?

I voted other because I think a problem my have many different solutions and that some solutions from other ways of thinking may be the better solution, so I don't hold to any kind of political way of thinking while I'm also very interested in politics and pay attention to it (though mostly local politics).

Isn't that centrism?

I thought centrism is choosing policies somewhere between the extremes. I have no problem with choosing some extreme policies on either side depending on the problem.

...Huh. I guess you're right. I always thought it just meant what you said above.

I find it funny how the position of centrism itself commits the Golden Mean Fallacy.

I'm a... Totalitarian anarchist. Go figure  :P

The best way to describe me is, I suppose, as "not socialist", as I combine certain core ideas from pretty much everyone else (extremists not necessarilly included)

Independent. As liberal of a mindset as I have, I really don't want to get myself involved in any political ring if I can help it. The entire system is so corrupt that I've just said "Fuck it."

Jefferson was right. We need an uprising.

I've been a libertarian all my life.  In the eighties and nineties of the last century, I used to be very right, but nowadays I'm always right  ;)

What good do you see coming from such an "uprising?"

I'm liberal and independent...but couldn't pick both.

To clarify, if you usually take a liberal stance on issues, you should pick liberal. Independent should be reserved for those that can't really align themselves with the general positions and thinking of a particular ideology...if that makes sense.

I chose anarchy, but only as an ideology. I see it as an unattainable ideal. Practically, I'm a progressive libertarian.
