(and Bruce, you can post whatever else you want but I'd appreciate if you'd also repost that "DirtyDeeds Done Dirt Cheap" video -- I've been trying to find the original post but I just can't)

Per your request:   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PNy1KnPFhvY

I wouldn't say this is my favorite song, but the River Plate (Buenos Aires) concert by AC/DC had more energy than any I've ever seen (I just saw all the videos).  Go to You Tube, AC/DC River Plate and you should be able to find all the songs.

Thanks, Bruce.  I could remember the name of the song, and that it was a live performance, but not the band.  The thought of going thru YouTube searching on just the song name was daunting.

On the note of favorites with high energy, here is one of mine: Sing Sing Sing (with a swing)

Lovely.  This isn't the artist formerly known as Cat Stevens, is it?

No!  (But it would AMAZING if that was true!)  Cat Stevens was an English singer-songwriter most popular in the Seventies (who, according to the infallible wikipedia, became a Muslim apparently); Sufjan Stevens is from Detroit and is something like an agnostic Christian (at least from what I can make of the fairly odd lyrics of his songs relating to religious stuff).

This is my favorite song.

I love Placido Domingo -- he was the first singer who made me hear opera as something other than people yelling in a foreign language.  I can remember it like it just happened: I was channel surfing and stopped at a production of Samson et Deliah because I noticed Riccardo Muti was the conductor and I was crazy for him.  Then Domingo came on and started singing and it was like liquid gold being poured into my ears.  Opened up a whole new world for me.

Anyway, here's my favorite song from TurandotNon piangere, Liu

I thought Led Zeppelin were LaVey devotees.
Oh, this weird page says Aleister Crowley was their Satanist master.
I have no coherent idea what Stairway to heaven is about.
