Beef curry and baked beans. I foresee a windy afternoon.
Together?  That's a very random combo.

Similar to the fried beef and curried beans I once had! But different.

It was beans on toast with lashings of Worcestershire sauce for me.

About to tuck into...
Mackerel in chilli sauce with sticks of celery, cucumber and red bell pepper, spring onions, cherry toms and sweet red chillis plus a dip made from the little bit of mayonaise I had left with vinegar, olive oil and garlic pureė added - then all whipped up 'til creamy.

Oh, forgot, there are three things I am not supposed to eat there: celery contains the antidote to warfarin and the fish and onions contain gout promoting compounds. Come to think of it so did lunch's beans!

But, WTF, gotta eat!

Definitely!

Also availability and random selection sharpens up one's creative skills. Used to enjoy the TV show where chefs had to create meals from random ingredients brought in by members of the audience.

Ready, Steady Cook?

I always that show was a bit of a cheat though as they had the audience member's bag of food but then also had access to a full larder of 'essentials' that was better stocked than my entire kitchen!

Yeah, there was that aspect, spices and condiments are acceptable but...  I bet they had a preshow preview of the bags as well. However, it certainly gave me ideas and broke a few taboos for me.

I just a large bowl of cold, fresh, sliced fruit consisting of blueberries, strawberries, mango and banana, I love cold, fresh fruit,...they were fucking perfect. Not unlike Jessica Lange getting naughty with my tongue.
