That is some good news. We need more clean industrial replacements. That's where most of the waste comes from. If we only focus on consumers, then we'll only solve a small part of the problem.

The Brightsource solar facility fries any birds (LOTS of bird) flying through the focused light ignited. The workers call them "streamers", because they go down in a trail of smoke.
