Mashed sweet potato with gorgonzola and parmesan cheese, carrots cooked in orange juice, rice and some leftover barbecued beef.

The sweet potato and cheese is a great mix. Hell, cheese goes well with practically anything!

^ Yes me too.  I do not want to see another turkey or ham for a while.    I did like the candied yams, green bean casserole, cranberry/orange relish and even the sourkraut with gravy.   Pumpkin pie wasn't bad either. I am pleased that  it is gone by now because too much is enough.

I just had a philly steak and cheese sub with an order of onion rings. Solid food instead of just milk.

loosely translated that means  old clothes with rice.   The old clothes part is flavored beef that has been shredded, not chopped or ground.
