Dead at 71.  One of the great keyboardists of rock.

First time I heard a Moog.

Heard them live in San Antonio in 1971.

Not sure how many times I tripped to this one:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=If2akTqCML4

I think I must be near the point where more than half of my music is by dead guys.

This Emerson wasn't one of them though.

I have one greatest hits album of E.L.P. Only like 2 tracks on it ("Lucky Man" and "Fanfare for the Common Man"). So for me it not so much of a great loss.

One of the local stations here in Detroit (Classic Rock type) has been playing ELP non-stop in his honor.

But man Bruce, I haven't heard this song in a long, long time. Wow! Did that bring back some memories.
