I imagine we are going to be seeing lots of old rockers pass on in the next few years.  The rocker lifestyle is not conducive to life past 70.

I read the news beforehand. I have to add Joe Cocker had to be among the BEST of British rockers / singers I've heard. I know of at least two famous recordings he had done. "With a Little Help From my Friends" which many may be familiar with being played over the opening of The Wonder Years. Also "Love Lives On" at the ending credits of Harry and the Hendersons, during which his very sort of deep and warm voice couldn't have been a more perfect fit for the song and the film before it....

Rest in Peace to another big hearted legend.

I like this one, not the later easy listening stuff as much.
