I worked out at the local gym this morning before my gluttonous revelry begins at noon.  I treated the regulars there to some Christmas carols (I played guitar and sang Jingle Bells, Rudolph, etc.), and also brought 3 kinds of egg nog: 1) one with brandy, rum, and bourbon; 2) one with brandy, rum, bourbon, and blended whisky; 3) and one that I mixed myself with VSOP brandy and nutmeg.  Number 1 won the taste test.  We were all WOWI (Working Out While Intoxicated).  A merry start to a beautiful Christmas day in central Texas.  Have a wonderful day!

What a meal!! Plus, my son-in-law brought me some of his friend's homemade Belgium Ale - it was great!  He and our daughter gave us an interactive map of the world where we can scratch off every country  to which we've traveled.  I'm looking forward to filling it all in.
