If you have ever wondered what the effect buttons do above the text entry area this is what they do.

To use the buttons either click on one and add the content between the 'tags' or highlight the content and then click the button.

Either way you should see [tag]content[/tag]

Some tags can have attributes like [tag=attribute]content[/tag] e.g. [size=10pt]content[/size]

A bit about the List option

However if you just want to indent some text you omit the [li] and [/li] tags thus
