The USAPATRIOT Act (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Patriot_Act) just isn't enough to protect the safety of the poor citizens of the United States cowering behind their barriers of plastic and duck tape (http://www.chicagotribune.com/sns-terror-ducttape-ct-story.html). The US Congress thinks it would be best to eliminate any semblance of protecting privacy in the electronic world.
