Haven't done much looking around yet, but thought I'd post a hello in here anyway. I've been an atheist for probably my whole life, although I had a lot of church-going friends growing up. Folks did little to encourage that lifestyle for me, though, so here I am today. I've recently joined a Freethinkers club in my city (Saskatoon) and my atheist blog has been listed with the Out Campaign for a while, and is also on the Atheist Blogroll. I like writing. I'm not very vocal about my atheism in public, though, mostly because I don't usually find myself in situations where it needs to be mentioned. I'm a live and let live kind of person, generally.

I look forward to seeing what's in here. Cheers.

Welcome to the forum. It's great you were able to find a freethought club, too. They seem to be few and far between.
