Sadly this optimistic desire for better smilies here at HAF will not come to fruition, at least not during our lifetimes, but who knows maybe one day this will happen.

Because when we allow smilies to reign, when we let new and better smilies sing from every village, and every hamlet, from every state and every city, we will be able to speed up that day when all of HAF's children, sons of Eric, and daughters of Tanks, grandchildren of OldGit, great nieces and nephews of Icarus, grand-pups of Pasta Chick, will be able to join hands and paws and sing in the worlds of the SMF spiritual:

Smilies at last! Smilies at last!

Thank Asmo Almighty, we have decent Smilies at last!

TNP prefers preserves over jams.

False, I don't think he's chicken, I think he's Crow. ;D

TNP goes ape on somebody when that somebody points out the obvious.

Ecurb Noselrub

False - I go bananas.

TNP makes certain that she/he gets at least 5 servings of fresh fruit daily.

Steeler

False. Pop tarts for breakfast, pizza rolls for lunch. That's it so far.

TNP only showers 6 days a week.

Mostly false. There might be the occasional slobby Sunday where I don't get dressed at all. They tend to be rainy winter days when the doggies wouldn't like going out.

TNP is happy at the moment.

xSilverPhinx

True, I'm almost always happy when I'm on HAF. ;D

TNP has a clingy, needy but totally adorable pet.

OldGit

True, that pretty much applies to Gyp.

The Next Person has also bought their pet some toys for Christmas.

xSilverPhinx

False, my dog is only interested in her toy ball and almost treats it as if it were a puppy. Any other toy is ignored or buried and forgotten. I'll get her some treats, though.

TNP feels overwhelmed at least once a day.

Ecurb Noselrub

True, lots of pressure in the job.

TNP is working for the weekend.

xSilverPhinx

No way. ;D

TNP finds it funny when Brits refer to being drunk as "being pissed." :D

Funny yes...but not funny haha considering I just asked Tank in another thread why he was mad at his mates.

TNP thinks Americans should be far more worried  about the far right types here in the US than any supposed threat from ISIS or similar Muslim groups.

Ecurb Noselrub

False.  There have always been extremists in American politics.  They rarely behead their foes or fly planes into their buildings.

TNP is already planning a trip to Cuba.

True. We may be going back to Gulf Shores.

The next person celebrates Christmas, despite being an atheist.
