Well, it's not a miracle, to put it mildly. There's water seeping from the cross that apparently comes from (depending on which source you check) either a badly plumbed toilet or a sewage line.

Right now, the Rationalist International home page has many different links about this story. I'll also put a link to a basic description of the situation here.

The situation would be funnier if it weren't for the fact that the fellow who exposed this "miracle" is under threat of prosecution, not to mention the fact that people have been drinking the water.

This is amazing to me.  Not the water dripping from the statue's feet, the blasphemy laws.
