New to forum and philosophy

Thought I'd say hello, because I really like this site and I've only been a member for about a day.
A few months ago my mind cleared up and I realized how much more sense this all makes.  I actually feel like I have more reason to live, because I am not living by someone(thing) else's terms.
I am done with the excuse that is religion.

Hey Brandon. It does make so much more sense and I'm totally with you! Isn't such a great release? I think of it as being told by a book and a select few all your life that the sky is green and then one day you actually look for yourself and realize it really is blue like everyone else was saying. Kinda corny but you get what I mean.
