I think is was Asmodean who thought of it a while back, but it never got done. Laetus, have you any plans to make such a thing?

The hall of shame was shut down by popular vote.
We still have a troll cage...it's in the form of a special title and taking away the ability to start new posts or post in areas outside of religion.
