I agree with not announcing it now. But definitely don't pretend to be something you're not. If someone comes out and asks, tell them the truth.  The only reason I would avoid telling the truth in that situation would be fear of physical harm or disownment (especially if your still under their roof).

If your parents or others freak and disown you. Tell them this is exactly why you're an atheist, because religion causes shit like this. At least you can make em think for a second while they're booting you out the door. HeHe.
