Sonoma County Bans Christian Ornaments From Trees

Basically a resident was (rightly) upset that the government was placing overtly christian symbols on their Holiday tree.  Okay, I get that; it makes sense to have them remove ornaments that are obviously religious...but stars?  Might as well just leave it bare since virtually any geometric shape has meaning to some religion.
