Very interesting correlation. The same could probably be applied to religion as well. Religious people are concerned with preserving traditional social dynamics which is a hallmark of conservative values: marriage, low taxes, bla bla bla

I wonder if the study would hold up in other parts of the world - Europe or Japan for example.
