Lack of sleep can drive people nuts. I have currently the same problem.Since I've lost a lot of weight, my feet are ice cold during the night.I barely get 4 hours of sleep. My wife and I desperately need more relaxation (vacation). Too much stress at work,too many hours of overtime and too many hours turning around in the bed,thinking about this and that. No Angel of Death, you are not whining.
