Looks like both Penn State as well as Ohio State are prepared to fight the infamous bounder and white supremacist Richard Spencer in court, to try to prevent him from using their campuses as venues. Previously he's used compliant right-wing student groups at schools to get his foot in the door but maybe he's running out of suckers, since in both cases it's a particular Georgia State student trying to book a place for him.

This past Thursday, Spencer had a gig at University of Florida. In no case was he welcome to be there but the structure of the law made it so that he was entitled to do his thing at a public University.

Plenty of security was on hand and the cost of such a security force is said to have exceeded $500,000.  The event went off without any notable difficulty but the cost for allowing the event was an absurd expense.
