Not eating yet, but a meatloaf is in the oven and I'm getting ready to make a strawberry-banana loaf.  And possibly start an olive loaf for sandwiches, but that may wait until tomorrow.

There's a little mom and pop burger shack, across the street from my place. I go there once a week. They make a stellar cheeseburger.

I went to Whole Foods and got me an organic sourdough flatbread with a very decent American Hartwell mini Brie style cheese and salami (uncured soppressata).

BBB -- Boring Buttered Bread for dinner.

I had pork chops with gravy, a baked potato smothered in gravy, two biscuits sopping with gravy, and green beans.

Gravy is easy enough to make. Pour a little over the buttered bread and mmmm, mmmm, mmmm... it'll make you smack your grandma.
